Audio recordings themselves are not stored unless explicitly stated by the application.

User data and conversation data are stored on secure servers hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) infrastructure located in Brazil.

Data transmitted between the application and our servers is protected using HTTPS encryption.
User information and conversation data are stored for as long as the user account remains active or as necessary to provide the service.
Backup copies of data may be retained temporarily for security and system recovery purposes.
Users can delete their account directly from within the application through the account settings.
When an account is deleted, associated personal information and conversation data are permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal user data.
